How to:

Lie on your back with legs extended and our arms at your sides, palms down. Inhale to use your abdominal strength to lift your legs and hips up to the ceiling. Once your torso is perpendicular to the floor, slowly lower you toes to the floor behind your head with legs fully extended.

Press your palms to the floor behind you or if the shoulders will allow, interlace your fingers.
