We’re live-streaming most of our studio yoga classes via Zoom so you choose to join us in the studio or drop in from home via Zoom.
And we have a selection of anytime, anywhere online video classes which you can access via our Timetable. So whenever the mood takes you, you can unfurl your mat and have your own piece of Rosieglo Yoga at Home.
Morning Yoga
Start the day right with a glorious morning stretch in our Morning Yoga vinyasa class. Suitable for all, this is an easy flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the day.

Yogalates
The perfect combo of Yoga and Pilates. We combine the best of both to encourage strength, stamina, tone, flexibility, and bring balance to body, mind and spirit. We use resistance bands to add a little extra oomph.

Beginners Yoga
If you’re new to yoga and want to take your time learning the basics then this is for you. We work on a number of basic postures along with proper breathing to build strength, calm the mind and reduce stress. This class offers you a firm grounding in the basics of yoga and will help to give you the confidence to try other classes.

Teen Yoga for Strength and Calm
Teenage Yoga is an excellent way to help deal with everyday pressures, build confidence and find a small piece of calm in your life. Stretch and Strengthen
This class is all about using movement and breath to bring ease and strength to the body. We create a glorious slow flow with strong holds, long stretches and twists and finish with a delicious Yin pose and a long guided savasana. An all-round stress reliever.

Yin Class
In our yin class the focus is on improving joint mobility as we target the deep connective tissues of the body.
It is a slow relaxed practice with long holds, creating a deep relaxed state of body and mind.
Yin yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy, or anywhere in between.

Wednesday Glo
The perfect mid-week pick me up! A lovely class that will guide you through your movement, the breath, and the spaces between each pose, bringing awareness, shifting stagnant energy and stoking your yoga mojo.

Chair Yoga
Perfect for those living with ongoing illness, recovering from injury or recuperating from long Covid. In this 45 minute practice, we’ll focus on combining breath and movement to gently build strength, aid mobility and ease tightness, all practised with ease from a chair.

Menopause Monthly Yoga
Our Menopause Yoga ® classes have been created especially to help women at all stages of the menopause.
We work on key symptoms of the menopause and offer tools and practises including yoga, breathing techniques, simple meditation and restorative poses, all crafted to to help guide you through this transitional time with as much ease as possible.

Mumma & Bubba Yoga
A beautiful class for Mums & babies to spend some special time in a safe nurturing space and experience the amazing benefits if yoga together.
Our teacher is a practising midwife and trained in pre and postnatal yoga. This class focuses on bringing strength and connection into the body helping it to heal and tone and uses breath work to soothe and restore – perfect to help with disrupted sleep patterns!

Pregnancy Yoga
Join us in the studio or over zoom for Pregnancy Yoga – supporting you during your pregnancy and preparing for your baby’s arrival.

Restorative Chill
End the week with this nourishing restorative yoga class to help you chill-out and decompress from the week.
We use blankets, bolsters and yoga props to help you nestle into a posture and find rest, ease and comfort. Restorative yoga is a quiet practice which deeply relaxes the body and mind. We think our Friday Evening Yoga is the perfect way to round off your weekdays and start the weekend feeling rejuvenated, giving you an extra little pep in your step.
