We’ve created our class timetable so that there’s something for everyone.

Your first class is just £5.00 making it easy for you to come and give us a try.

And we have a selection of anytime, anywhere online video classes which you can access via our Timetable.  So whenever the mood takes you, you can unfurl your mat and have your own piece of Rosieglo Yoga at Home.

Morning Yoga

Start the day right with a glorious morning stretch in our Morning Yoga vinyasa class. Suitable for all, this is an easy flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the day.

Yoga & Pilates Fusion

The perfect combo of Yoga and Pilates. We combine the best of both to encourage strength, stamina, tone, flexibility, and bring balance to body, mind and spirit. We use resistance bands to add a little extra oomph.

Lunchtime Yin Bliss 

An hour of blissful relaxation with breath work and gentle meditation. Focus on restorative poses to promote strength, flexibility, and rejuvenation. Props provided for comfort and stability. Open to all levels. Leave revitalised, refreshed, and ready to welcome the rest of your day.

If you’re new to yoga and want to take your time learning the basics then this is for you.  We work on a number of basic postures along with proper breathing to build strength, calm the mind and reduce stress. This class offers you a firm grounding in the basics of yoga and will help to give you the confidence to try other classes.

Come find your glo with a class designed to strengthen, tone and make you smile. We work with a sequence of poses and breathing to achieve a well-rounded practise that will leave you feeling gloriously stretched and worked, strengthening the body and easing the mind.

Stretch and Strengthen

This class is all about using movement and breath to bring ease and strength to the body. We create a glorious slow flow with strong holds, long stretches and twists and finish with a delicious Yin pose and a long guided savasana. An all-round stress reliever.

Sports Yoga

This class starts with an energetic yoga flow leading to some longer holds, allowing you to explore movement, mobility and build a stronger mind-body connection to aid stamina and performance.

Beginners Gentle Yoga

Chair Yoga

Perfect for those living with ongoing illness, recovering from injury or who find moving up and down from the floor a little tricky. In this 45 minute practice, we’ll focus on combining breath and movement to gently build strength, aid mobility and ease tightness, all practiced with ease from a chair. Standing options are available for those who want to mix it up.

Learn how to turn props like blocks, straps, bolsters, and chairs into your new best friends! Props can enrich and deepen your practice and open up a world of possibilities. Join us for Pregnancy Yoga – supporting you during your pregnancy and preparing for your baby’s arrival.
Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years, or you’ve never practiced yoga before, this class is for you.

Pregnancy Yoga is a nourishing, gentle practice which offers you space to both maintain your strength and mobility, but also take time to relax and have an hour completely for yourself.

Menopause Monthly Yoga

Our Menopause Yoga ® classes have been created especially to help women at all stages of the menopause.

We work on key symptoms of the menopause and offer tools and practices including yoga, breathing techniques, simple meditation and restorative poses, all crafted to to help guide you through this transitional time with as much ease as possible.
