If you’re new to yoga and want to take your time learning the basics then this is for you.  We work on a number of basic postures along with proper breathing to build strength, calm the mind and reduce stress. This class offers you a firm grounding in the basics of yoga and will help to give you the confidence to try other classes.

Pregnancy Yoga

Yoga practise during pregnancy brings you physical and emotional strength. Every week we will practice various breathing techniques that help with different ailments such as anxiety, insomnia, heartburns and preparation for labour. We will learn how to move in a safe way, offering poses that will help you maintain your fitness and wellbeing. We will also look at the emotional and mental aspects we go through during pregnancy, giving you tools and the space to acknowledge and enjoy the journey to becoming a mother. These warm, welcoming classes are based on vinyasa flow yoga, encouraging you to keep moving throughout your pregnancy in a safe and beneficial way. Ideal from 14 weeks through to your labour.

Slow Flow Yoga

We love a S L O W class.
The slow transitions give you time to easily find your way and settle in to the pose.
It allows time and space in the mind and breath. You can really settle in and find a nurturing rhythm.
Physically it’s doing some real magic. Strengthening, toning, engaging and enabling us to refine each pose.
Moving more slowly encourages a greater depth and focus to your yoga. Your practise will close with gently held stretches to rejuvenate and release. Suitable for all with a basic yoga practise and/or basic level of fitness.

A flow class to get you syncing movement with breath, activating and easing muscles.
Perfect for those who like to build a flow to their practise, or have tired heavy muscles and want to increase mobility and ease. Great for runners, cyclists and sports people who feel a little tight.

End the week with this nourishing Friday night class which will guide you through a slow, gentle flow before settling into stillness with longer held seated or lying postures. The class will end with a guided relaxation or meditation.

Sunday Yoga

Join us for a some Sunday Yoga Flow, morning or evening.  In this class we will spend our time focussing on flowing from pose to pose and linking those mindful movements with the breath. A well-rounded flow to top off the weekend, reset the mind and get us ready for the week ahead.

A yoga class for children and families together with the intention of providing a space where each individual is able to shine in their own special and unique way. All are welcome at this family yoga session from age 4 to age 104.
