Short and sweet, this pose helps to lengthen and find space in the sides of the body.

 

How to:

Stand with your feet together, hands raised and grasp the outer wrist. Inhale to gently lengthen and exhale to fold to the right, aiming to keep your elbows glued to your ears and shoulders relaxed. Hold for 5-10 breaths, come back to centre on an inhale and repeat on the left.
