Water your Christmas Tree with the odd sherry and watch it grow :)
How to:
Start standing in Mountain pose and turn toes outwards.
Rise up onto tip-toes, and as you exhale, bend knees to slowly lower to a squat position with heels up.
At the same time, raise hands over head bringing fingertips together to make your Christmas tree.
Hold for a few breaths before engaging core and rising up as your tree grows!
Draw the left knee up and place your foot to the ankle, calf or inner thigh.
Hold for 5 breaths, gently release and repeat on the other side.
