Rosieglo Yoga Advent Day 6 – Partridge in a Pear Tree

How to:

Stand tall, find balance and place ankle onto opposite knee.  Hook thumbs, spread fingers like wings and place over heart. On an exhale firm core and slowly bend standing leg. Repeat other side.
