Yoga Flow

Come find your glo with a class designed to strengthen, tone and make you smile. We work with a sequence of poses and breathing to achieve a well-rounded practise that will leave you feeling gloriously stretched and worked. Set to a mix of uplifting tunes, the classes are intended to be gently challenging to enable you to truly feel the benefits and grow your yoga practise over time. We finish with a few minutes of chill out time, to settle the body and mind.
