A cheeky take on a Baby Crow pose.  All trussed up like a Roast Turkey ( or veggie nutroast ).

How to:

Start in a squat balancing on the balls of your feet with your big toes touching. Separate your knees and walk your hands out in front of you. Place your forearms onto the mat parallel to each other. Wrap your knees around the upper outer edges of your arms. Begin to lean forward keeping the knees actively hugging around your arms and gradually lift and point your toes.

Option:  Take a childs pose – knees to floor, ease hips back to heals and hug arms by your sides.
