Over 55s Yoga

Yoga can help slow down the effects of our natural ageing process by maintaining muscle softness and flexibility, keeping the mind alert and awake, encouraging relaxation and strengthening muscles and joints.

To get the full benefit of this class you must be able to get down and back up off the floor unaided.
