Morning Yoga

Start the day right with a glorious morning stretch in our Morning Yoga class.
Suitable for all, this is a gently challenging flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the week.
We take our time warming up, move into a simple standing sequence and spend lots of time on our seated stretches to reinvigorate tired legs and achey backs.
We finish with a few minutes of chill out time to reset the body and mind – lovely
