Early Rise Morning Yoga
Start the day right with a glorious morning stretch in our Morning Yoga vinyasa classes.
Our Early Rise Morning Yoga are for those early birds who like to start the day well and get a spot of yoga in before work.
We’ve scheduled our early yoga classes to give you a slightly shorter 45 minute class and an earlier finish so that you can get to work with your glo on and be set for the day!
Tues & Thurs 7.45-8.30am
Suitable for all, this is a gently challenging flow class to get the body moving, wake up the mind and ease you into the day.
We take our time warming up, move into a simple standing sequence and spend lots of time on our seated stretches to reinvigorate tired legs and achey backs.
We finish with a few minutes of chill out time to reset the body and mind – lovely.
