Like moving on ice, slide from knees-chest-chin to cobra (and if you’re lucky you might find a Christmas tree sprouting from your derriere ;)  )

 

How to:

From plank inhale, firm shoulders and core, exhale to lower down knees, chest, chin, keeping the bum up and elbows inwards

Inhale and slide forwards, lowering hips, lengthening through the body and lifting the chest into cobra
