Lunchtime Slow Flow Yoga
Tune in to the natural rhythms of the seasons as you are guided through music, breath and flowing movement in this slow yet strong and connected weekly class. Moving more slowly encourages a depth and focus into the breath; moving slowly can actually be quite powerful! Your practise will close with gently held stretches to rejuvenate and release. Suitable for all with a basic yoga practise and/or basic level of fitness.
First class is FREE. Just select ‘Free Taster Class’ when booking.

Monthly Restorative Yoga
Our monthly rest-well gathering is a self-nourishment workshop designed to help you rest, reset and reconnect. Guided by the seasons and the lunar cycles, your mind and body will be encouraged to relax and detach from the busyness of everyday demands through restful postures, guided meditation and insightful self-reflection. Pure bliss. Suitable for all.

Seasonal Self Care Immersion Programme
Refer yourself to our seasonal self care immersion programme and let us guide you throughout the year, to keep you on track and find a happier, healthier life.
Run as a quarterly programme, in each half day immersion, you will receive the guidance needed to build nourishment and resilience for mind and body. Tuning in to the guidance of nature’s seasonal energy you will develop your own personal self-care blueprint through yogic movement and breath; guided meditation and self-reflection; nutrition and lifestyle wisdom.
We’ll provide a journal for you to record your journey through the seasons, note your progress and provide a wellbeing map for you to study throughout the year and onwards.
