Our monthly restorative yoga is a self-nourishment class designed to help you rest, reset and reconnect.
This Candlelit Restorative Yoga session will see the blending of Restorative Yoga postures and guided relaxation to help you experience a beautiful sense of calm for deep healing and de-stressing.
Your mind and body will be encouraged to relax and detach from the busyness of everyday demands leaving you feeling nourished, rested and recharged.  It is a yoga of being rather than doing.
Think bolsters, cosy blankets, eye pillow and warm candlelight – scrumptious.
Look at this as your monthly self care MOT.
