Yogalates is the perfect combo of Yoga and Pilates. An award winning and internationally acclaimed exercise method combining core-stabilising, posture-enhancing mat work of Pilates with regenerative, holistic Yogic practices to benefit your whole system. We combine the best of both to encourage strength, stamina, tone and flexibility, and bring balance and unity to body, mind and spirit. We use resistance bands to give a little extra oomph, which are provided.
