Yoga for Sue Ryder, Leckhampton Court
Join us this November as we come together for a special yoga fundraising initiative to support our local Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice.
Throughout the month, you can participate in our Tuesday 6:00 PM Stretch & Strengthen class and Wednesday 9:30 AM Morning Yoga class for just a £2.00 donation per session. All proceeds will go directly to Sue Ryder, a vital resource in our community that provides exceptional care.
Many of our students have experienced firsthand the compassionate support offered by Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice, which has inspired us to launch this local fundraiser. At Rosieglo Yoga, we like to offer a local wellbeing hub where individuals can find calm, rejuvenate, and take a moment to pause from their busy lives. We invite you to join us in this meaningful effort to support Sue Ryder.
Throughout November you can join our selected classes for just a £2.00 donation and we’ll donate all proceeds to Sue Ryder, Leckhampton.
Tuesday 6.00pm Stretch & Strengthen Yoga
This class is all about using movement and breath to bring ease and strength to the body. We take time to settle the breath and create a rhythm which guides us through a whole body warm up and throughout the practise. We create a glorious slow flow with strong holds, long stretches and twists along the way – perfect for getting you out of your head and helping to build muscle tone and bone density. We finish with a delicious Yin pose and a long guided savasana. This class is great for pulling tension out of the body and helping to settle a busy mind. An all round lovely stress reliever.
Wednesday 9.30am Morning Yoga
Experience the perfect mid-week pick-me-up with our rejuvenating Wednesday morning yoga class! This lovely session is designed to guide you through a harmonious flow of movement, breath, and the spaces between each pose. You’ll cultivate awareness in your body and mind, allowing you to release tension and shift stagnant energy. As we move through the practice, we’ll focus on connecting with your breath, helping to stoke your yoga mojo and ignite a sense of vitality. Whether you’re seeking to recharge, find balance, or simply enjoy a moment of serenity amidst your busy week, this class offers a nurturing environment to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling refreshed and inspired.
To participate, simply select the ‘Sue Ryder Yoga Pass’ when booking your spot.
Both classes are suitable for all levels, so as long as you can get up and down from the floor unaided, you’re welcome to join us. Our dedicated teachers will offer modifications to ensure a lovely experience for everyone, from beginners to seasoned yogis. Together, let’s create a community of support and well-being while spreading the glow of yoga. We can’t wait to welcome you on the mat!
