Yoga for sports

Yoga can complement your sports fitness to build strength and suppleness to help you go further, be faster and recover quicker. Add the benefit of the breathing you practise in yoga and you’ll soon be smashing your pb, increasing stamina and working more effectively. Our Thursday class is more specifically aimed at sports people including runners and cyclists as we focus on the important leg muscles and core stability – so lots of hamstring and quad stretches, hip openers and ab work. We work on easing and strengthening the key muscles to improve your recovery time and help prevent injury.
No candles, no chanting :)
