Sports Yoga

Yoga allows us to build strength, find flexibility and improve our overall mobility, and these elements can play an integral role in any sport or activity we undertake. This class will start with an energetic yoga flow and lead to some longer holds, allowing us to explore movement, mobility and build a stronger mind-body connection to aid stamina and performance.

A perfect complement to any exercise or training regime, or just a great all-rounder to help you feel your best.
