Yoga for Beginners

If you’re new to yoga and want to take your time learning the basics then this is for you.
We’ll introduce standing poses, seated poses, core, hips, twists and balances – ensuring we understand good technique and the benefits of each pose.
This class offers you a firm grounding in the basics of yoga and will help to give you the confidence to try other classes.
