Yoga for Beginners

If you’re new to yoga and want to take your time learning the basics then this is for you.
Each week we’ll focus on a new area; standing poses, seated poses, core, hips, twists and balances – ensuring we understand good technique and the benefits of each pose.
This course offers you a firm grounding in the basics of yoga and will help to give you the confidence to try other classes.
