Winter Yin Yoga to Replenish & Restore
As the nights draw in and the temperature drops, join us for 90mins of cosy yin yoga at Rosieglo.
We’ll explore a variety of poses; bringing in all the supportive props to explore the sensation of slowing down, letting go and turning inwards to replenish ourselves for the year ahead.
Winter Yin is all about nurturing our bodies, so after class they’ll be a chance for a chat and cake before we head home in our newly blissful state.
Everyone is welcome as there are lots of ways to adapt and modify through poses and props. Please bring warm, comfortable clothing to snuggle in.
