Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa means special placement of the body moving in a deliberate way. Sunny will introduce you to mantras and different breathing techniques in her class with music guiding you through a strong flow practise. Connecting the breath throughout the practise will leave you balanced, grounded and uplifted physically, mentally and emotionally.
