Teen Yoga

Teenage Yoga is an excellent way to help deal with everyday pressures, build confidence and find a small piece of calm in your life.  We move to cool music as we learn to stretch, tone and strengthen our bodies and minds.  At the end of class you’ll feel chilled out, in control and ready for tomorrow.

If you’re looking to get fit, strong and have a healthy body and mind then yoga is a great choice.   It’s an awesome stress-buster, promotes self awareness and acceptance and guides you to understand how incredible your body is.

Step away from the phone/laptop/tablet and take some time out.  Your body and mind will thank you for it.
