Slow Flow Yoga

Tune in to your natural rhythms as you are guided through music, breath and flowing movement in this slow yet strong and connected weekly class. Moving more slowly encourages a depth and focus to your yoga and can actually be quite powerful! Your practise will close with gently held stretches to rejuvenate and release. Suitable for all with a basic yoga practise and/or basic level of fitness.
