Private sessions offer more personalised guidance and can be great to help build confidence, work around an injury or refine your personal yoga practise.  We’ll focus on key areas and develop a practise to help build strength, flexibility, confidence and help you get the greatest benefit from your yoga.
We’ll work at your own pace, targeting any troublesome areas and giving special attention to those bits that need some extra care.
