Mumma & Bubba Yoga

A beautiful class for Mums and babies to spend some special time in a safe nurturing space and experience the amazing benefits of yoga together.

Our teacher is a practising midwife and trained in pre and postnatal yoga. This class focuses on bringing strength and connection into the body helping it to heal and tone, using breath work to soothe and restore – perfect to help with disrupted sleep patterns!

We use yoga to help develop your bond between parent and child and a healthy and playful way.
45 mins of yoga with the option to stay and have a chat and a cuppa.

Suitable once Mum has been cleared by their GP at the 6 week postnatal check and before baby crawls!

From £8.50 per class (in studio).

Friday 12.00-12.45pm (+ cuppa and chat time)
