Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid Course

Empower your teaching. Support your students. Deepen your understanding.

As yoga teachers, we don’t think twice about learning Physical First Aid – but what about the mental and emotional well-being of our students?

We’re offering a certified Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course designed especially with yoga teachers, teacher trainees, and wellbeing professionals in mind. Learn how to identify, understand, and confidently support someone who may be experiencing mental health challenges – whether that’s a student, colleague, friend, or family member.

What is Mental Health First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid is an educational course that teaches you to spot the signs of mental ill health, respond appropriately, and provide the right support. You’ll gain practical tools, deeper understanding, and the confidence to take action – just as you would with physical first aid.

Whether you’re holding space in a yoga class or supporting people in other settings, this course gives you the skills to do so with greater awareness, sensitivity and resilience.
