A playful and dynamic yoga flow class, building heat in the body whilst calming the mind. Mandala yoga is designed to target specific areas of the body & mind, relating to different elements. We’ll move 360 degrees around the mat, softly flowing through poses, starting and ending the class with longer held yin postures to leave you feeling both grounded and strengthened.
