Join our special guest teacher Anna Powell to discover the intricate pathways of the human nervous system, exploring how breath, sound, movement, and stillness can enhance your wellbeing and help you to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Led by Anna, an experienced yoga teacher and neuroscientist with a PhD in Integrative Neuroscience, this fascinating session offers a blend of theory and practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned practitioner, the practices are adaptable and accessible to all.

About Anna:
Anna is an experienced yoga teacher and a neuroscientist with a PhD in Integrative Neuroscience and over 500hrs of yoga teacher training. She has a deep fascination with the beautiful complexity of our physical form and the way it shapes our experience. Her spiritual enquiries and scientific training weave together in her own practice and teaching, giving contrasting frames of reference and complimentary ways to explore what it means to be human.
