Children’s Yoga

You’re never too young to start!
Yoga is a wonderful way to increase children’s self-awareness and confidence while they stretch and strengthen their bodies. It can help children learn to relax, concentrate, work on their co-ordination, and focus in a world which is busy and demanding.   Great foundational tools to learn now and apply through life.

Classes are relaxed and fun in a nurturing and safe environment. We do simple exercises on breathing and relaxation to help children develop awareness for their inner and outer world.
Through healthy movement, we build strength, flexibility and enjoy some free time, away from the class-room, gadgets and messy rooms :)
