Beginners Yoga

 

Our Beginners Yoga is a beginners Hatha yoga class. We work on a number of basic postures along with proper breathing to build strength, calm the mind and reduce stress.

We perform the poses slowly and consciously so that the sequence becomes a mental exercise as well as physical, combining breath and movement to settle the mind and body and truly get us into the zone.  Beginners will benefit from the pace and guidance of this class and will learn how to switch off and simply be present.
