Yin for Winter Afternoon Retreat

As the winter nights grow longer and the air turns crisp, it’s the perfect time to slow down and nourish your body and mind.
Join us for a cosy 90-minute Winter Yin Yoga session, where we’ll dive deep into a restorative practice designed to help you unwind, release stress, and replenish your energy.
Winter is a season of introspection and renewal, and this class will guide you through a series of gentle, mindful poses with the support of props, allowing you to relax into each posture, melt away tension, and cultivate a deep sense of calm and well-being.
By slowing down and turning inward, you’ll prepare for the festive season, leaving you feeling centered, restored, and ready to embrace all.
Winter Yin is all about self-care and replenishment, so after class, we’ll gather to unwind with a chat and enjoy some delicious cake before heading home in our blissful, relaxed state.
This event is open to everyone, with plenty of modifications and prop options available to suit all levels. Be sure to bring warm, comfortable clothing to stay cosy throughout the practice.
