Teen Yoga Summer Workshop
Our Teen Yoga Summer Workshop will help teens build the groundwork to live a healthy lifestyle in a safe and non-competitive space at Rosieglo Yoga.
We’ll spend time developing our yoga postures (asanas) and exploring the physical and emotional benefits so that we begin to understand a little more about how our bodies and minds work and how we can use yoga as an awesome stress-buster, to promote self awareness and acceptance.
We’ll talk about healthy living, the importance of proper eating habits and how we can build that into our everyday. We’ll explore techniques in meditation and how to use the breath (pranayama) to energise or calm the mind and body – a precious tool to learn now and use throughout life’s journey.
We’ll take a dip into yoga philosophy and begin to learn how we can apply these learnings to ourselves and others to encourage whole-hearted living and vitality in everyday life.
You’ll leave feeling empowered, rejuvenated and ready to take on the world :)
Our workshop is led by the lovely and gentle Dana Keddeman from The Little Yogi Cheltenham. Dana is a fully trained, certified and DBS checked Teen Yoga Teacher.
