You’ll be surrounded by other beginners, and each session will guide you step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease from day one.

What You’ll Learn

Each week, we’ll introduce you to essential yoga poses, simple breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help you feel calm, strong, and confident on the mat.

Yoga Postures – Learn the foundations of key poses with clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
Strength & Flexibility – Gently build strength and increase flexibility in a way that feels good for your body.
Breathwork & Relaxation – Discover simple techniques to calm the mind and relieve stress.
Flow & Movement – Connect movement with breath and find ease in gentle yoga sequences.
Support & Modifications – We’ll offer options and adaptations so you can move in a way that suits you.

Meet Your Teacher Saskia

Saskia is a passionate and experienced yoga teacher who loves helping students feel comfortable and confident on the mat.

With her warm and supportive approach, she creates a safe space for you to explore yoga at your own pace.

She understands that every body is different and offers plenty of guidance, adaptations, and encouragement so you can move in a way that works for you.

Her classes are a perfect blend of gentle challenge and deep relaxation, leaving you feeling refreshed, empowered, and inspired to continue your yoga journey.
