Yin is about space: The space happening in the body as the connective tissue slowly starts to open, the space in the channels where the energy flows, and the space in the mind as thoughts begin to subside.
The focus is on improving joint mobility as we target the deep connective tissues of the body.
It is a slow relaxed practice with long holds, creating a deep relaxed state of body and mind.
Yin yoga is for you if you are tired and craving energy or you’re over-stimulated and have too much energy, or anywhere in between.
Bolster, mats, blankets, blocks, straps and eye pillows all provided so just bring yourself.
