Slow Flow with Kathryn: Wednesday 10.45am

Yoga Mix with Chelsea: Thursday 10.45am

Teens & Parents Yoga with Rosie: Thursday 7.00pm

Morning Yoga with Laura: Friday 10.45am

Yoga Chill with Chelsea: Friday 6.00pm

Saturday Flow with Nikki: Saturday 10.45am

Sunday Yoga with Kathryn: Sunday 5.00pm
