Get yourself back to yoga and find your flow again.
This past year and a bit has been tough for a variety of reasons, so if you have lost your get-up-and-go, your mojo, or even any memory of a warrior 2 and what foot should be where, that is absolutely fine. We’re here to help you get some movement back into your life and find your way back to the mat.
We’ve put together a special Back to Yoga class that will ease you back in gently. We’ll go over the basics and foundations of yoga, from moving with the breath to transitioning between poses, finding stillness and bringing awareness into the body.
We’ll reacquaint ourselves with seated poses, standing flows, sun salutations, twists and a bit of balance (read: wobbling) thrown in for a little bit of fun.
In true Rosieglo style this class is delivered with smiles and whole-hearted support. Don’t worry if it’s been a while, just come and reconnect with your yoga. It doesn’t matter if it has been a month or a year, we will help you to reconnect and find a flow that works for you and your body.
Taught from the Rosieglo yoga studio in Cheltenham and live-streamed online too, you can decide whether to join us in person or from the comfort of your own home via the powers of Zoom.
Our Back to Yoga class will help you find your glo and get ready to join our regular classes.
We will be here to support you every step of the way, and are always on hand to answer questions, offer advice and help with any tricky poses you are struggling with. Our bodies and minds have done a great job, carrying us through the past year, so let’s be kind to them and nourish them with some gentle, caring movements that will help you find you again.
