Get yourself back to yoga.
If you’ve lost your yoga mojo over the last year and want to get back to the mat then this is for you.
Our five week course will gently guide you and remind you of the basics; movement with the breath, transitions between each pose, bringing awareness and welcoming stillness.
We’ll cover seated poses, standing flows, sun salutation, twists and have a little bit of fun with balance (or wobbling).
In true Rosieglo style this course is delivered with smiles and whole-hearted support. Don’t worry if it’s been a while, just come and reconnect with your yoga.
Our Back to Yoga class is taught from the Rosieglo Studio and live-streamed online so you have the choice to join us in person at the studio or from the comfort of your home via Zoom.
By the end of the 5 week course you’ll have found your glo and be ready to join our regular classes.
